ECTRI replies to the European Commission call for evidence on Horizon Europe – European Partnerships to be implemented as joint undertakings

With this initiative the European Commission aims to strengthen the impact of European Partnerships, to be implemented under the next Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP10) and in alignment with the European Competitiveness Fund.

ECTRI welcomes the opportunity to contribute to this call and outlines five guiding principles for the future European Partnership landscape:

✔️ Preserve excellence across the full research and innovation chain
✔️ Strengthen openness and accessibility
✔️ Promote focused yet connected partnerships
✔️ Simplify governance and enhance accountability
✔️ Create a coherent European research and innovation ecosystem
