The transition towards Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) may create new opportunities — but it may also affect differently some workforce groups.
The ReSKILLING Project is running a survey to map exactly how CCAM may affect specific workforce groups: what the risks are, where the opportunities lie, and what policies and training responses are needed.
The ReSKILLING Project seeks to learn from:
🔹 women in transport
🔹 older workers
🔹 young labour market entrants
🔹 workers with low digital skills
🔹 migrant workers
🔹 persons with disabilities
🔹 platform, temporary, or self-employed workers
🔹 workers in rural, remote or underserved areas
🔹 caregivers and people facing multiple barriers
