The 46th European Transport Conference took place in Ireland, at Dublin Castle, from 10 – 12 October 2018.
ECTRI was one of the conference supporters and presented the Associations’ activities, projects (e.g. SKILLFUL) and ETRR Journal in the exhibition area.
26 ECTRI members (from DLR, TØI, VTI, IFSTTAR, VUB-MOBI, BME, KTI) presented their research work and 8 were chairing sessions.
A special session on ALLIANCE and SKILLFUL projects was held on 11th October: “Education and Training – New challenges towards the Future Transport.” The progress and findings of SKILLFUL and ALLIANCE projects with a strong emphasis on development of linkage between education, research and industry were presented by ECTRI Members: Matina Loukea (HIT) and Irina Jackiva (TTI).
