The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) providing a conceptual framework for strengthening cooperation between two organization the European Conference of Transport Research Institutes (ECTRI) and the Forum of European Road Safety Research Institutes (FERSI) was signed on November 22, 2013 at the occasion of the ECTRI Assembly of Members meeting in Cologne, Germany.
