Congratulations to Maurice Krauth and Matthias Ribesmeier from Technische Universität Dresden for winning first prize in the CROSSMODAL – Logistics category of the TRA VISIONS 2024 Young Researcher competition
Their project, “Intelligent Carrier Decision Framework for Sustainable Intermodal Delivery Services,” addresses urban infrastructure strain and environmental concerns in the courier industry. By developing an ICDF and a webtool, they assist carriers in economically and sustainably shifting goods from road to rail.
