The guest editors Fulvio Silvestri & António Lobo, present 8 insightful articles, which translate methodological advances into tools and insights that can be used by planners, operators and decision-makers.
It includes papers from Sofia Cerqueira and Elisabete Arsenio from ECTRI Member LNEC, Fulvio Silvestri, Federico Silvestri and Pierluigi Coppola from ECTRI Member POLIMI.
