New Dehli, India – March 24 – 26, 2004
The EuroIndia Conference was held under the initiative of the European Commission. ECTRI was present at this Conference through a booth presenting our members, our activities and also the Network of Excellence HUMANIST. Our President, Professor Georgios Giannopoulos was not able to chair the Parallel Session “A7” on Transport and Civil Risk and was replaced by Dr Angelos Bekiaris from HIT. Commissionner Liikanen was in Dehli and visited the exhibition on Thursday 25 March. Most of the people who visited the exhibition were from the Indian Software Industry and some researchers were also interested in what was being done in Europe.
