Through the MoU signed between ECTRI and the Association for European Transport, organizer of ETC, ECTRI was official sponsor of the European Transport Conference 2011. The Conference is unique in Europe, attracting around 500 transport practitioners and researchers to a meeting place, where they can find in-depth presentations on policy issues, best practice and research findings across a broad spectrum of transport modes. In total 25 papers were presented by researchers coming from the ECTRI networks and 3 sessions were chaired by ECTRI Members.
