The Transport Research Arena 2026 celebrated excellence and innovation in European transport research by awarding outstanding individuals advancing transport research and strengthening ties between academia, industry, and policy.
Researchers were recognised through four types of Awards:
- Young Researchers Award
- Senior Researchers Award
- Special Honorary Award
- Host Award, new under TRA 2026, celebrating regional innovation in the spirit of Re-Generation in Transport.
