Congratulations to the newly-elected ECTRI Board

ECTRI is pleased to announce and introduce the new elected Board which will take office on January 27th 2021 for a two-year mandate. 

Evangelos Bekiaris (CERTH-HIT, Greece) was re-elected as President, Ingrid Skogsmo (VTI, Sweden) was elected as new Vice-President and Magnus Lamp (DLR, Germany) as new Treasurer. As for the Common Members, while Irina Jackiva (TTI, Latvia) is continuing, Claude Marin-Lamellet (UNI EIFFEL, France), José Manuel Menéndez (UPM, Spain) and Wolfgang Ponweiser (AIT, Austria) are newly elected.

The ECTRI community wishes them all great success and all the best in their new roles.

ECTRI thanks the Board members whose mandates will soon end, Dirk Beckmann (DLR, Germany) as Treasurer and as common members Arno Klamminger (AIT, Austria), Domokos Esztergár-Kiss (BME, Hungary) and Olav Eidhammer (TØI, Norway) for their commitment to the association.

Both current and new elected Boards will be working side by side until the new Board takes over, notably to follow up the newly adopted ECTRI Strategy for 2021-2030.

The ECTRI Board election took place at the Autumn Virtual Assembly of Members on December 7, 2020.
