The Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI) invites you to participate to the Annual International Conference RelStat-21, taking place from 13-16 October 2021 in Riga, Latvia,
The goal of the RelStat-2021 conference is to provide an international forum for scientists and professionals in academia, industry, and government to address recent research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress and experiences on all theoretical and practical issues arising in transport, information and communication technologies.

PUBLICATIONS
Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, indexed in SCOPUS. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or submitted for a publication anywhere else.
LOCATION
Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI), 1 Lomonosova Street, Riga, Latvia.
The conference will be held respecting the health and safety constraints and means for remote presentations will be provided for those authors who are unable to travel. In case RelStat-2021 cannot be held on site in the beautiful town of Riga, a fully virtual web-based event will be set in due time, as for current conferences.
