The Transportation Research Board (TRB) 96 th Annual Meeting will be held in Washington, D.C. on January 8–12, 2017. The Conference attracts more than 12,000 transportation professionals from around the world and this year the spotlight theme is “Transportation Innovation: Leading the Way in an Era of Rapid Change”. This year again ECTRI has contributed to the Conference by supporting a number of sessions and giving a European flavour to the Annual Meeting.
