The TEFA committee has now released its themes and highlights for ETC 2016. The remit for the TEFA committee of the ETC covers the range of issues raised in the appraisal and finance of transport schemes such as: appraisal methods; analysis and modelling needed to support appraisal; valuation of impacts; and funding of transport investments.
