VENUE

The Young Researcher Seminar 2015 is organised at Centro di Ricerca per il Trasporto e la Logistica (CTL) “Sapienza” Università di Roma.

The Young Researcher Seminar 2015 will be held at the CTL premises, in the heart of Rome, near the Colosseo.

The seminar will take place at the University facilities, including registration, plenary and parallel sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and the opening and closing ceremony.

ACCOMODATION

For the Young Researchers

During the seminar, the YRS15 Organising Committee recommends to all young researchers to stay at Hotel Madison (about 1.5 Km from the venue and strategically located to access the subway and bus station).

One of the targets of YRS is to facilitate the discussion and the exchanges among young researchers and between young and senior researchers, so all the participants are invited to stay in the same hotel. Tutor’s accommodation will also take place at the hotel.

The YRS15 Organising Committee has pre‐booked a large number of rooms at special price. please contact the hotel.

Please finalize your booking as soon as possible and no later than March 13, 2015.

Please note that the Young Researchers have to do the hotel booking themselves.
