Young researchers working at organisations members of (one of the following) associations, ECTRI, FEHRL, FERSI, EURNEX, HUMANIST, are invited to submit abstracts under the following domains.
This Seminar targets preferably PhD students; Postdoctoral may also be accepted, within their 1-2 years after PhD.

Young researchers can now submit their abstracts by September 30, 2026, on the EasyChair platform.

- 30 September 2026 – Deadline for submission of abstracts
- 1 December 2026 – Notification of abstract review results
- 1 February 2027 – Deadline for full draft paper submission
- February-June 2027 – Exchange between tutors and young researchers
- 20 May 2027 – Deadline for submission of the final paper
- 27 May 2027 – Deadline for submission of the presentation
