The first Young Researchers Seminar was held from 16 to 18 December 2003 in Lyon-Bron INRETS Offices. 32 young researchers from European Transport Research Institutes, members of ECTRI or FERSI were present and accompanied by 15 tutors from these institutes.
7 technical sessions took place during this 3 days seminar, after these technical sessions, some cross-cutting sessions were held by the tutors in order to comment the Young Researchers presentations.
