About ECTRI - Organisation

ECTRI is managed by the Assembly of Members, its highest organ, and the Board. The Assembly is composed of one representative from each institute, generally the Executive Director. The Board is elected for two years.

The ECTRI Secretariat, based in Brussels, is composed of 3 full-time staff, Caroline Alméras, Secretary General, Delphine Poiré, Project Officer and Fouzia Asim, Administrative and Communications Assistant. Willy Diddens from DVS in The Netherlands is seconding on a part-time basis.
