ECTRI Members Hellenic Institute of Transport, Swedish National Road and Transport Research Institute, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, CTLup from Sapienza Università di Roma, Transport and Telecommunication Institute, and ECTRI have wrapped up the first RESKILLING Project Board Meeting. They have reflected on major achievements to date, and have drawn lessons from the initial phase of the RESKILLING journey!
What has RESKILLING achieved so far?
- Mapped a wide range of potential stakeholders to engage – 7 main categories and 33 sub-categories!
- Analysed job trends across the entire Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) value chain, using past projects, studies, job ads, and literature reviews. Work has started on assessing direct and indirect CCAM impacts, especially on underrepresented workforce groups.
- Laid the groundwork for major outputs: the CCAM Employment & Skills Observatory and the CCAM Inventory.
- Rolled out a robust impact assessment framework to track the project’s outcomes.
A warm welcome to the Advisory Board members, whose experience and insights will be crucial in guiding the project’s direction.
RESKILLING is off to a strong start – stay tuned as the project continues to facilitate Europe’s workforce preparation for the deployment of CCAM technologies.
