Reply to BME survey on mobility services, travel behavior and user preferences

Mobility as a Service (MaaS) is a new paradigm that can help to exploit the diverse mobility opportunities in the cities through a single smartphone app. MaaS offers direct access to several transport modes (e.g. public transport, taxi, bike-sharing, car-sharing, ride-hailing, micromobility) and offers options to buy customizable mobility packages suiting individual user needs.

The Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) is conducting a research on mobility services, examining travel behavior and preferences of users. The results of the research would be used to create mobility packages that could achieve novel results in the scientific community.

For that purpose they are running an online questionnaire to learn about travel habits of the users. The answers to the questionnaire are stored in an online database, the data are analyzed anonymously, and the aggregated results are used exclusively for scientific purposes.

Completing the questionnaire takes ca. 15 minutes. Thank you very much in advance for your help!
