ECTRI Member Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI/TTI) invites to the annual International Conference RelStat-20, which will take place from 14-17 October 2020 in Riga, Latvia.

PUBLICATIONS
Selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, indexed in SCOPUS. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or submitted for a publication anywhere else.

TTI is well aware of the current Covid-19 outbreak which creates significant uncertainty for the next few months. Having in mind that safety is the highest interest, they will soon make further announcements regarding the practical organization of RelStat-2020. However they would like to assure that RelStat-2020 will indeed take place as planned. With respect to health and safety constraints in the different geographical areas, they will provide all means for remote presentations for authors who are unable to travel. In case RelStat-2020 cannot be held on site in the beautiful town of Riga, a fully virtual web-based event will be set in due time, as for current conferences.
