Young researchers seminar 2011

For logistics reasons, the YRS11 participants will stay at two different hotels.

Check the map to find out where your hotel is located and what public transportation stops are close to it.

For the Young Researchers

During the seminar, the YRS11 Organising Committee recommends to all young researchers to stay at Ibsens Hotel .

The YRS11 Organising Committee has pre‐booked a large number of rooms at a special price. To get the special price (935 DKK per night – approximately 125 EUR) please contact the hotel via e‐mail (JHO@BROCHNER‐HOTELS.DK) or by phone (+45 33 95 77 02). Please remember to clearly indicate the following reference number: 197238.

If you would like to stay at Ibsens Hotel, please finalize your booking as soon as possible and no later than May 22.

Please note that the Young Researchers have to do the hotel booking themselves.

For the Steering Committee and tutors

Rooms for Steering Committee members and tutors have been pre-booked at the Hotel King Arthur .

Tutors and Steering Committee members are kindly requested to contact the YRS11 Organizing Committee with the number of nights needed no later than May 13.
