Young reseachers seminar 2007

The YRS 2007 will offer the opportunity to extend the network of young transport researchers belonging to ECTRI, FEHRL and FERSI members. Moreover young researchers will be able to improve their presentation skills in written and oral scientific communication by tutorial means and on a retroactive basis.

Programme

The seminar will be focussed on five research domains:
- Transport economics and transport behaviour
- Transport sustainability and environment
- Transport safety
- Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)
- Transport Road Engineering

These domains will be presented in workshops.

Target group

YRS 2007 is meant for young researchers who work at organisations that belong to ECTRI, FERHL and FEHRL. They are preferably post doctorates (less than 5 years working experience) and their work field covers one of the five research areas.

Young Researchers Seminar 2007 is organised by Centrum dopravního výzkumu (Transport Research Centre) in Brno, Czech Republic. CDV has over forty years long tradition of research and development.
